On June 30, the school organised a crucial orientation session titled "Narcotics and Sexual Harassment" for all students from classes IX to XII. The session took place in the school auditorium during the 3rd and 4th periods. The resource persons for this important session were Mrs Sujaya Sudhakaran, an Assistant Public Prosecutor (senior grade) working in the magistrate court in Thammarassery and the juvenile justice board, and Mr Geoffrey George Joseph, the Deputy Director of Prosecution in Kozhikode.

The session aimed to raise awareness among the students about the serious issues of sexual harassment and narcotics, equipping them with knowledge and strategies to protect themselves and others from such dangers. By providing expert insights from legal professionals, the school aimed to foster a safe and secure environment for its students while promoting responsible and informed decision-making. Such orientations are of utmost importance in schools as they address critical societal issues and empower students to recognise, prevent, and report any instances of sexual harassment and substance abuse.
