The 77th Independence Day was celebrated with great fervor and patriotic zeal at the school on August 15, 2023. The celebration was graced by the presence of the Chief Guest, Col Sreejith Warrier, Deputy Commander and Chief Administrative Officer at Group Headquarters NCC Calicut.

Also present on the occasion were notable individuals, including Reverend Father Joji Mathew CMI, Vice Principal of the school, Master John Mishal, School Leader, and Mr Shibu KJ, President of the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) and the PTA Executive Committee.

The event commenced with the unfurling of the national flag by Col Sreejith Warrier in the indoor stadium, accompanied by the resounding strains of the national anthem, which resonated with the spirit of unity and pride.

The celebrations also featured cultural performances by students, including song, dance and drama presentations in the auditorium that paid tribute to the diversity and rich heritage of India. The students' enthusiastic participation added vibrancy to the event.
